After the appraisal meeting

Your appraiser will write a summary of the appraisal which will be submitted to the responsible officer who will retain it.
Confidentiality.
The appraiser should give you an opportunity to make corrections before it is submitted.

Afterwards you will be sent a request for feedback on the process and on the appraiser.

Please complete this because the appraiser needs feedback for his/her appraisal too!

Make sure you review your personal development plan frequently to ensure you are making progress throughout the year, not just in a rush before your next appraisal.
