After the appraisal meeting

Your appraiser will write a summary of the appraisal, then forward it to you to ensure you agree it is an accurate record of your meeting.

You may add written comments if you wish to expand or explain anything to the responsible officer.

Then it will be submitted, together with your comments (if any) to the responsible officer who will retain it.
Confidentiality.
Afterwards you will be sent a request for feedback on the process and on the appraiser.

Please complete this because the appraiser needs feedback for his/her appraisal too!

Make sure you review your personal development plan frequently to ensure you are making progress throughout the year, not just in a rush before your next appraisal.
